Getting Organised

When you embark on a construction project of any kind, it pays to get organised. For example, I often buy electronic components that I know that I shall need for one or more of my projects, long before I need them because I take advantages of special offers and discount deals. Consequently, I end up with lots of bags and boxes of components that need putting somewhere.
For each of my projects, I find sturdy cardboard boxes, such as the packaging that some of my ordered parts arrived in. Each box represents a project or part of a project. For example, I might have a box for the KosmoNought VCOs, or the keyboard interface for my retro computer. As components arrive, I put them in the boxes for the projects/sub-projects that will need them. Then when I get around to constructing that item, all the parts are ready and waiting for me, or I can quickly work out what I need to complete it, and get them ordered.
Each box is labelled so I can find it later.
